July 09, 2022-CPMCGSI Outing and Teambuilding

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, many organizations and teams had foregone to conduct their Company outings and teambuildings outdoors.

After 3 years, CPMCGSI South Luzon Operations had the chance to take a most deserved break as a team last July 9, 2022 at one of the beach resorts in Brgy. Pagkilatan, Batangas City.

7.jpg
2.jpg

Mr. Edward Seno (left/top), CPMCGSI Business Development and Program Integration Manager, and Mr. Geronimo Austria (right/below), Special Projects Manager / BEC Lead, gave inspiring messages on CPM's growth since 2009 and how teamwork is important to ensure CPM's continuous growth and improvement.

The management representatives also mandated everyone to continue the best practices and help one another grow, removing any bad behavior and attitudes and only consider one's self as his/her own competition and never compare one's self to another.

Upcoming and potential projects in the pipeline had also been shared briefly to prepare everyone of the  bigger challenges that the team will face and that the team can face all of these stronger because the team have one another and CPM always comes stronger day after day, project after project.

The day started quite rainy and gloomy but the team took this as a blessing as rain is considered a blessing (plus skins won't get dark while swimming).

The sun shone eventually throughout the day which gave a more beach vibe to the team and made water activities more enjoyable and pictures more instagrammable.

Everyone had a great time and surely the bond within the team got STRONGER THAN EVER!

IMPORTANT NOTE:

For safety and health of the employees, health and safety risks assessments were performed prior the conduct of Outdoor activities.

Removal of masks was risk-based considering all employees are fully vaccinated, all activites are outdoors, and all employees share the same workplace that is monitored regularly by Company Nurse and Physician.

Nevertheless, CPM's focus would always be incident prevention (left hand side of the bowtie). MOA with BFP is also an interest of CPM to ensure all fronts and backs are covered.
